Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Account Management
– Serve as the primary point of contact for key sellers, building trust-based relationships
– Drive performance through joint business planning, assortment strategy, promotion design, and co-marketing initiatives
2. Campaign & Promotions Execution
– Plan and execute brand campaigns, deal events, and loyalty activations in alignment with category objectives
– Negotiate promotional terms, marketing budgets, and inventory support
3. Commercial Performance Optimization
– Monitor sales, stock levels, conversion, and other KPIs; regularly review seller performance and implement improvements
– Leverage data and market intelligence to uncover growth opportunities
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
– Coordinate with internal teams—campaigns, operations, logistics, content, advertising—ensuring smooth execution of initiatives
【Job Requirements】:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
2.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce or technology industry, with a proven track record in managing key accounts.
3.Solid understanding of the Lazada and other ecommerce platforms
4.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at various levels within an organization.
5. Highly analytical with advanced Excel skills; able to use data for performance optimization
5.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
6.Self-motivated with a strong drive for results, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
