The Supply Chain Associate will use technology, experience, and insights to ensure high product availability through effective planning, forecasting, and supplier management.
This role owns a product portfolio with full accountability for key KPIs, including product availability, customer fulfillment, waste reduction, and inventory optimization—directly impacting revenue and profitability.
The analyst will manage a wide product range, improve supplier performance, and collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. Driving continuous improvement across the supply chain through systems, data insights, and process enhancements is a key focus.
Note: This position is part of the Lazada team and is based in the Philippines-Manila office. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to driving supply chain excellence within the organization
1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or a related field.
2. Above 3 years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in an e-commerce, FMCG or retail environment.
3. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using microsoft excel, data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
a. Required skills in Supply Chain Planning: Days Level Setting, Fillrate Improvement, Demand Sensing, managing supply constraints and S&OP, Vendor management
4. Proven project management skills preferably in warehousing and supply chain planning as KPIs will revolve around service and cost savings initiatives.
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to the dynamic nature of the e-commerce industry.
7. Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus.
8. People handling experience is a plus as this role will require aiding the supply chain manager in developing the current team.
