1. Account Management & Relationship Building
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic sellers or brands on Lazada.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to become their trusted advisor.
Understand partner goals and develop strategies to achieve mutual success.
2. Sales & Performance Optimization
Drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), Marketing Investment and order growth through product assortment, pricing, promotion, and visibility strategies.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement (e.g., traffic, conversion, pricing competitiveness).
Forecast sales and execute monthly and quarterly growth plans.
3. Campaign & Promotion Management
Coordinate with sellers and internal teams to participate in Lazada mega campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12, Birthday Sale).
Plan and execute exclusive promotions, bundle offers, and vouchers.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real time.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Leverage Lazada Business Advisor and internal tools to generate actionable insights.
Provide regular business reviews and reports to partners.
Monitor competitor performance and category trends.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, finance, and category teams to ensure seller success.
Provide feedback to the product and platform teams to improve tools and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
2–5 years experience in key account management, e-commerce, retail, or FMCG.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and e-commerce analytics tools.
Knowledge of Lazada Seller Center and Lazada ecosystem is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
