- Creator Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators and celebrities. Serve as their main point of contact for communication and collaboration, ensuring smooth and successful cooperation. Provide ongoing support and guidance to creators, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- E-commerce Live stream and Video content Strategy: Work closely with creators to develop content strategies that resonate with their audience, drive engagement and transaction. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide guidance to the creators
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure Creators active participation in all of our platform campaigns including Double Digit campaign, Payday campaign, Brands campaign etc. Coordinate all aspects of campaign, including content, product assortment planning, scheduling, and performance tracking
- Partnership Development: Identify and supporting new partnership opportunities between Creators/Celebrities and sellers that align with our creator's audience and values. Facilitate collaboration discussions and negotiation to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Actively seek out new partnership opportunities to further expand creators' potential and drive platform growth.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of creator during BAU and campaigns, identify areas for improvement and optimization. Providing updates and insights using data analysis to keep on improving creators' performance. Prepare reports to summarizing campaign results and key learnings.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of creator budget planning and allocation. Strategically allocate resources to maximize return on investment while ensuring the financial health of the platform.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or related fields are favored.
-Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
-Experienced with managing key accounts/affiliates/KOLs within the electronics industry
- Clear communication skills with proficiency in English and Chinese is a must as you will be working with Chinese speaking creators
