1. Assist in implementing the Choice business strategies, standards, and SOPs formulated by the regional team to ensure that local business operations follow the established directions.
2. Establish good cooperative relationships with local suppliers and partners, expand business resources, and promote the continuous development of the business.
3. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and the regional team, and accurately and promptly convey the needs and information of both sides to ensure efficient and smooth business collaboration.
4. Collaborate with and track the local BD and buyer teams in the daily operation and management of the local product inventory, including tasks such as product listing, inventory control, and price adjustment, to improve the sales performance of local products.
5. Handle various problems and emergencies that arise during the implementation of local business, coordinate resources from all parties to solve them, and maintain the continuous operation of the business.
6. Participate in formulating marketing activity plans for the local market, integrating regional strategies with local characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of the business.
1. A bachelor's degree or above is required. Majors related to e-commerce, marketing, international trade, etc. are preferred.
2. At least three years of work experience in the e-commerce industry is required. Those with experience in operating e-commerce platforms are preferred.
3. Proficiency in both Chinese and Indonesian is necessary, along with excellent bilingual communication and written expression skills.
4. Possess strong comprehensive e-commerce capabilities and be familiar with e-commerce operation processes, supply chain management, data analysis, and other aspects.
5. Have excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a teamwork spirit, and be able to effectively collaborate with teams from different cultural backgrounds.
6. Have strong problem-solving and adaptability abilities, and be able to quickly respond to and handle problems in a complex business environment.
