• Mainly responsible for the strategy and implementation of the acquiring and incubation activities for high value sellers, aiming to on-broad, grow, and ensure the success of Lazada Marketplace sellers
• Collaborate with FA Category Director/Junior Category Director to streamline our commercial’s strategy and deliver both strong and healthy growth in each sub-category
• Manage workflow, work process, and call script with sales agents for daily operation
• Able to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions, help team to improve performance
• Research and understand market insight to determine industry and consumer trend under FA category in order to deliver a strategic planning and execution for FA seller hunting and incubation activities
• Monitor and improve the performance of the team in terms of productivity, ensure team KPIs as required
• Facilitate training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of new agents
• Conduct regular review of all call center agent’s performance and organize training sessions for under performers
• Submit regular tracking reports for performance update and daily outreach
• 3-4 years of working experience in a management consulting, account management, sales team management
• Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
• Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills, SQL would be a plus
• Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in leading a diverse team
• Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
• Expertise in FA category management is a plus
