Lazada ISC & China brand Seller Business Development & Engagement Manager
1、Develop and implement growth strategies for Chinese brands and sellers on the Lazada platform, focusing on increasing seller engagement and performance.
2、Establish and maintain strong partnerships with Chinese brands and sellers, understanding their needs and providing tailored market solutions.
3、Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth seller operations on the platform, optimizing seller experience, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4、Oversee training and guidance for Chinese sellers to enhance their competitiveness and market share in the Thai market.
5、Analyze data to monitor business performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with a preference for e-commerce industry experience.
2、At least 5 years of relevant work experience, with a strong understanding of the Chinese brand and seller market, and a preference for experience in the Thai market.
3、Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with sellers of Chinese background.
4、Strong team collaboration and management abilities to lead a team and drive business growth.
5、Possess local client resources in Thailand, enabling rapid establishment and expansion of business networks.
