【Job Description】:
1、Manage and develop key accounts from China, focusing on building long-term partnerships and driving sales growth in the Lazada platform.
2、Develop and implement account strategies to penetrate new Chinese brands, ensuring their successful entry and expansion in the Thai market.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and supply chain to support Chinese brand partners and optimize their presence on the platform.
4、Regularly analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and recommend improvements for the Chinese brand portfolio.
5、Negotiate contracts, manage contract renewals, and ensure contract compliance to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably with a focus on Chinese brands or the e-commerce industry.
3、Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, Thai is a plus, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4、Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in Chinese companies.
5、Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic decisions for account growth.
6、Familiarity with the Thai market and understanding of local consumer preferences.
7、Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity), and thrive in a dynamic Alibaba International culture.
