• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, Data Analysis, or related fields. At least 5 years of experience in user operations or e-commerce business, preferably with work experience in multinational companies.

o Outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of effective interaction with management and team members at different levels.
o Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using relevant analytical tools and software
o Keen market insight and strategic planning abilities, able to quickly adjust operational plans based on market dynamics.

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in both written and spoken Vietnamese and English, capable of efficient communication and collaboration in English. Proficiency in Mandarin(Chinese) is considered a plus.
