o Mainly responsible for the strategy and implementation of the incubation activities, aiming to grow, and ensure the success of Lazada FA sellers
o Able to coordinate with cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions, help team to improve performance
o Research and understand market insight to determine industry and consumer trend under FA category in order to deliver a strategic planning and execution for FA seller incubation activities
o Manage workflow, work process, and call script with sales agents for daily operation
o Monitor and improve the performance of the team in terms of productivity, ensure team KPIs as required
o Facilitate training session for all agents and participate in recruitment of new agents
o Conduct regular review of all call center agent’s performance and organize training sessions for under performers
o Submit regular tracking reports for performance update and daily outreach
o 3 years+ of working experience in a management consulting, account management, sales team management
o Highly motivated willing to push or go extra mile to drive impact with high ownership
o Excellent analytical skills and data visualization skills
o Strong project management, negotiation and communication skills
o Experience in leading a diverse team
o Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
o Expertise in FA category management is a plus
