The Finance team manages financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, procurement and finance enterprise tech across the Lazada Group and Lazada eLogistics. It operates with the highest level of integrity to ensure process controls and continued business sustainability. The team is seamlessly integrated into Lazada’s operational ecosystem and connected to business teams through our Finance Centre of Excellence as part of the Finance Business Partners initiative.
The Legal, Compliance and Government Affairs teams oversee the company’s evolving investment, licensing and regulatory concerns, compliance systems, and relationships with governments, governing bodies and committees. The teams stay abreast of the changing landscape in areas such as digital payments, marketing, customer contracts, privacy, cybersecurity and supply chain management. They also manage both risks and opportunities, and respond to legislative and other actions that impact the company.
Public Relations team tells the Lazada story through respected third-party channels, including the media, our partners, and thought leadership platforms. By combining both corporate reputation and consumer communication strategies, the team communicates Lazada's credibility and leadership position to our stakeholders, keeping the brand relevant to and loved by its various audiences.
The Admin team provides day-to-day operations support such as office security and facilities management, and also manages Lazada’s green initiatives with both internal teams and third-party vendors. With Lazada expanding its footprint across Southeast Asia and the evolving needs of local teams, Admin ensures business continuity is achieved for all stakeholders in a conducive work environment.
