- Translate marketing briefs into Social platform specific strategies, ensuring messaging consistency and relevance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align social initiatives with broader marketing goals and ensure integrated execution.
> Campaign & Content Development
- Drive the concepting and coordination of multi-format content tailored to each channel, audience segment, and campaign objective.
- Oversee end-to-end content workflow from briefing to delivery, ensuring on-brand messaging, creative integrity, and timely execution.
- Ensure platform best practices and trends are applied in content formats, posting strategies, and audience engagement tactics.
> Performance & Paid Support
- Support paid social campaigns with organic synergy, focusing on content readiness, audience alignment, and funnel impact.
- Track and interpret campaign performance metrics to inform planning and creative iterations.
- Contribute to regular reporting with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
> Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the key point of contact for external agencies and content partners, KOL booking, ensuring clear briefs, timely feedback, and alignment with brand standards.
- Evaluate content proposals and production quality, providing strategic direction and optimization suggestions.
- Ensure that agency performance and output meet agreed KPIs and timelines.
> Market & Platform Intelligence
- Continuously monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to proactively identify opportunities.
- Lead internal sharing of insights, campaign learnings, and global best practices to enhance future planning and execution.
Requirements/Qualifications(must have)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media planning and execution, preferably in fast-paced environments.
- Strong ability to turn marketing goals into strategic social content plans.
- Proficient in social and analytics tools (Meta, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Familiar with paid media support and performance optimization.
- Creative thinker with attention to content quality and brand consistency.
- Strong communicator; experienced in cross-team and agency coordination.
- Skilled in managing multiple deadlines and content calendars.
- Up to date with social trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Experience with KOL/influencer content is a plus.
