【Job Description】:
1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Thailand market, focusing on driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for Lazada.
2、Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts, understanding their business needs and objectives.
3、Create and implement strategic account plans to penetrate new accounts and deepen existing relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals.
4、Collaborate with internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and ensure customer satisfaction.
5、Regularly analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities and make strategic recommendations for account growth.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 2 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
3、Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels within an organization.
5、Familiarity with the Thai market and its business landscape, as well as a good understanding of the e-commerce industry.
6、Fluent in Thai and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7、Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
