1. Collaborate with several key account to manage and develop social media strategies tailored to our business objective across various social platforms (META, X, TikTok)
2. Manage content calendar, create and content (including graphics, videos, and copy) to share on social media channels, ensure every content aligned with guidelines and local market trends
3. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance to optimize campaign focusing on relevant KPI metrics and ensure the performance analysis are translated to the future content creation
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand message and timely communication of campaigns
5. Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends and translating into content
6. Manage the-day-to-day operations and end to end process from ideation to content production
1. 3+ years of work experience in social media, digital marketing, e-commerce, or content strategy - preferably Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing, Design Communication Visual, or any related field
2. Strong skills in social trend spotting, content creation, and storytelling
3. Good understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
4. Experience in managing and growing social media with a good insight on KOL orchestration
5. Readiness to take on new challenges with strong attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and as a team player, with can-do attitude and ability the thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
