2、Regularly collect, organize and analyze the business operation data of supply chain links such as FFM (Full-Fillment by Merchant) and Transport. The key indicators include costs, revenues, profits, inventory turnover rate, distribution timeliness, etc. Compare these data with those of different time periods and industry benchmarks. Conduct an in-depth analysis of the business operation status, identify the reasons for performance fluctuations, as well as potential risk points and opportunity points.
3、Based on the results of data analysis, formulate targeted strategies and plans for cost reduction and efficiency improvement by applying methods such as cost-benefit analysis and process optimization. For example, reduce costs by optimizing the supply chain process, integrating resources, and adjusting the procurement strategy. Increase benefits by improving operational efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, track the implementation effects of the strategies and make timely adjustments and optimizations.
Construction and Maintenance of Data Dashboards
4、 Communicate with business teams in various countries and relevant departments to understand their data requirements for business diagnosis and operational decision-making. Determine the key indicators, display formats, and functional requirements of the data dashboards to ensure that the data dashboards can precisely meet the business needs.
Dashboard Design and Development: Utilize data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to design and build data dashboards related to business operations, daily operations, and infrastructure construction. Integrate data from multiple sources to achieve real-time data updates and dynamic displays. Intuitively present information such as business operation status, trends of key indicators, and warnings for abnormal situations, providing convenient and efficient data insight tools for business teams.

Timely obtain the required data and information, and jointly solve business problems. Participate in cross-departmental projects, provide professional support from the perspectives of data analysis and business strategies, and promote the smooth implementation of the projects.

1、 Educational Background
A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in relevant fields such as statistics, economics, management, supply chain management, information management and information systems are preferred.
2、Work Experience
With more than 3 years of work experience in data analysis, business analysis, supply chain management or related fields. Experience in industries such as logistics, e-commerce, and retail is preferred; those who are familiar with the supply chain business processes such as FFM and Transport will be given priority consideration.
3、Professional Skills
Data Analysis Ability: Proficient in advanced functions of Excel (pivot tables, function formulas, data analysis add-ins, etc.), and skilled in using SQL for data query and processing; Master at least one data analysis tool, such as Python (including libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.) or the R language, and be able to conduct data mining, statistical analysis and modeling.
Data Visualization Ability: Skilled in using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and be able to design and create beautiful and highly interactive data dashboards and visual reports to effectively display the results of data analysis.
