The role
This role will require you to become the main point of contact of your portfolio of LazMall Accounts. You will have to develop and maintain good working relationship with our brands and distributors by helping them meet their goals while considering the platform priorities. You are also expected to help them hit their baseline targets by working with them and making strategic recommendations with how their store is performing - which include but not limited to: assortment planning, key investments, and brand activations. You are also expected to educate the brands on the best practices to grow their business in the platform from Day 1, especially for the newly onboarded ones. Moreover, you will have to work with different functional teams to maximize the platform tools available to your sellers depending on what will go well with their category and customer behavior.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- 0-2 years of working experience
- Experience with fast-paced industry, Distribution, Retail or Multinational Brands is a plus
- Self-motivated, can do attitude, enthusiasm for ecommerce and its possibilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable with numbers
- Able to form good and strong relationships with brands & partners
- Comfortable with creating and presenting Business Review decks to top management
- Good command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Sales/Key Account Management is a plus
