【Job Description】:
1、Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty within the Malaysia-Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Lumpur region.
2、Identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
3、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, focusing on e-commerce growth and market trends.
4、Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
5、Conduct regular account reviews, provide performance reports, and offer recommendations for improving merchant performance on the platform.
【Job Requirements】:
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、More than 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
3、Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in a competitive market.
4、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
5、Familiarity with the Lazada platform and the Southeast Asian e-commerce landscape is highly desirable.
6、Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
