Job Requirements
To succeed in the role, you should ideally have: • Minimum 5 years experiences managing any related category within the FMCG industry and successfully building the category strategy at their previous roles (E-commerce experience is a plus). • Strong passion and good knowledge about related industries in Vietnam (FMCG Offline Retail experience is a plus) • Good communication & interpersonal skills to build and further develop the partnership with both international/local brands/retailers • Understand business P&L and logical/strategic thinking mindset • Analytical skills to conduct reporting/business analysis relate to category performance • Excellent proficiency (spoken & written) in English and Vietnamese • Good at managing multiple stakeholders to drive results.
