1、Responsible for formulating and executing overseas advertising strategies on the Lazada e-commerce platform, ensuring ad effectiveness and ROI.
2、Strong data analytical skills to extract key insights from large datasets, optimizing ad performance.
3、Hands-on experience with TikTok/Meta/Google and other social media advertising, familiar with their ad systems and user behavior patterns.
4、High sensitivity to advertising materials, capable of creating and iterating on viral ad content to increase user engagement and conversions.
5、Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, coordinating resources to ensure smooth ad campaigns and target achievement.
【职位要求】:
1、本科及以上学历,市场营销、广告学或相关专业,有电商广告投放背景优先。
2、5年以上海外广告投放经验,特别在TikTok或其他主流社交媒体平台有成功案例。
3、精通数据分析工具,如Google Analytics、Excel等,具备数据驱动的决策能力。
4、良好的审美观,对广告创意有独特见解,能把握市场趋势和用户喜好。
5、优秀的沟通和协调能力,能够在快节奏的环境中灵活应对,推动项目进展。
6、英语口语流利。
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields, with a preference for e-commerce advertising background.
2、More than 5 years of experience in overseas ad placement, particularly with successful cases on TikTok or other major social media platforms.
3、Proficient in data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Excel, with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
4、Excellent aesthetic sense, unique perspective on advertising creativity, and the ability to grasp market trends and user preferences.
5、Outstanding communication and coordination skills, adaptable in a fast-paced environment, and capable of driving project progress.
6、Fluent in English speaking.
