Job Description
1、负责搜索产品运营，结合搜索产品策略，持续提升搜索用户体验，为搜索体验和活动效果负责。
2、从搜索用户体验出发，结合商品和内容供给，持续提升搜索的承接和匹配效率。
3、对搜索导购有自己的理解，能与行业联合推动搜索导购策略。
4、能协同产品、算法，行业运营等团队持续提升搜索产品体验和转化效率。
Job Requirements
1、具备5年及以上互联网运营工作经验，对电商和搜索有经验者优先。
2、较强的用户运营视角，一定的商业化思维，并对用户及市场有较高的敏感性。
3、对数据敏感，有较强数据分析能力，能从数据背后发掘问题及机会点，驱动业务增长。
4、运营实操能力强、充满激情，有出色的沟通能力，有团队合作精神。
5、英文可作为工作语言。
